When you place an order, pls selected the shipping method and payment method, the total cost include the shipping fee often will be calculated by our system Automatically, so you can see the details of the total cost.

2 About the payment.

Payment first and then pls infor us.

We support a payment by PAYPAL or WESTERN UNION or BANK TRANSFER.

3 About process your order.

We often need 1-3 working days to process the orders after recieved a payment, include if which is out of stock, we will info you to replace it.

4 About update items.

We update new items everyday, pls check on the left of homepage of www.unm-fashion.com.

5 About the out of stock items.

We mark the items that out of stock as "not available" or "sold out" everyday.

Those "not available" maybe will restock again in a few days, but we can't sure 100℅ of all.

Those "sold out" only have a low chance to restock again in short term, and we often hide them temporarily.

If those out of stock are available again, we will update the status of items on time.

So, just pls check the status in our website and better is to not order those "not available" or "sold out" at that time.

If you do, we think you will have high chance to get your goods.

6 About the Balance and Arrears.

Any Balance and Arrears will be calculated only when we have finished to prepare the goods.

If you have Balance in your order, we can refund to your paypal account or leave it to your next order. (Pls mail us what do you like)

If you have Arrears in your order, pls increase a payment for the Arrears before we send out.

7 About how about your items.

If you have make a payment before 16:00 (Beijing time), pls note us by email asap.

We will process your items at that day and we usually can info you how about your items in next morning by email.

8 About reduce or add items.

When you have offered your order and make a payment, you can’t be allow to reduce any item from your order.

But any increase items is welcome without increase payment at that time, just contact us by email pls.

You can pay the arrears before we send the order.

9 About check the quality before send out.

We check the quality of each item before sent out, if which have little defect, we will not send it and will change it at that day, or notice you to replace it.

10 About the quality of our items.

We sure all of our products are Legitimate and new products with chinese brand.

We sure our quality of items is more better than the price.

For our items, less than 70℅ is good, more than 20℅ is better, and more than 10℅ is excellent, no bad item.

11 About the track number.

We will info you about the track number before the next morning after we send out, so you can track your number in website of kinds of EXPRESS.

13-About the declared value for customs:

Please confirm the Declared Value for Customs include the total items price and shipping fee for your order before we sent it .    

Because in some countries , for example Indonesia, Mexico, Philippines etc., the customs often charged much more tax than before especially for a low declared value for DHL/DPEX/CITY-LINK recently because they did not believe it’s so low.    

Declared Value for Customs mean how much is your order include the total items price and shipping fee that we declared when sent, in normal  situation, the Customs charge the tax just by the Declared Value for Customs if they believe it.  

But if they don’t believe it, they will charge the tax by themselves’s view, that’s what we can’t expect.    

So, just please ask for your customs first and then tell us how much you need we declare for you, that’s much needed for us.    

Special info:

If you have not reply us about the declared value before sending out your order, we will treat it as you have agreed with marking 2-3usd per piece and a half of the shipping fee for you.

So, any liability  must be responsible by yourself.    

14-We will info you about the tracking number by email after sent out your goods, you can track it in the web page of the express company.

15- About the Remote Area by DHL:

for the Remote Area, if shipping by DHL, DHL must will charge more 30usd for each order from us, so you need pay more 30usd too.
